Features of Board Shorts
Board shorts are a longer version of swim trunks, as they hit at the knee. It’s also possible to find board shorts that extend past the knee. Board shorts were designed with surfers in mind, as they offer less material than traditional trunks. This makes it easier for surfers or wakeboarders to get on their board, as less fabric can get in the way. Board shorts also feature a non-elastic waist and fit closer to the torso. They typically do not have the interior liner that swim trunks do.
