Due to specific state regulations, we are unable to accept EBT Cash in the following states:

How do I use EBT Cash (TANF) at checkout?
Simply swipe your EBT card at the card reader just like a standard debit card and select the “Debit” option. You will be prompted to enter your four-digit PIN and authorize the transaction.

Yes, you will still earn Kohl’s Cash and Rewards if you pay using EBT Cash.
Will this impact my ability to return items purchased using EBT Cash (TANF)?
No, items purchased using EBT Cash will be refunded in accordance with Kohl’s return policy.
If you return an item originally purchased with an EBT card, your refund will be in the form of KMC (Kohl’s Merchandise Credit).
