Kirosaku is a Damascus kitchen knife forged from 67 layers of AUS-10 super steel, with a hardness of 61 (+/- 1) hrc. It is perfect for all hobby chefs due to its slightly shorter length and is designed to remain sharp much longer than conventional professional knives. We use only the highest quality materials and each knife undergoes strict quality control.
